RevUp is a software company that aims to maximize fundraising efforts by providing easy-to-use analytics to non-profits, academic institutions and political organizations. After conducting careful research and developing a thorough understanding of the end users' needs we were able to develop a fully functional website that exceeded the client’s expectations.

My Role
I was the sole designer on the RevUp team and completed the UX work for their admin site, producing all major deliverables and presenting them to key stakeholders. I later led a team of developers and engineers through design implementation and development of the front-end website.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was to organize a large amount of content into a cohesive system and develop an intuitive and simple navigation. Another challenge was to simplify and remove barriers to the online sign-up process.
Process
After careful research of the client's "wants" and the users' needs, it was essential to create a sitemap and map out the user flow through the site. This was reviewed and updated multiple times to ensure optimal user experience and client satisfaction.
Wireframes
Creating wireframes helped us generate stacks of ideas about the arrangement of elements and interactive behaviors of particular pages. We organized different categories of information into blocks to help the users more easily access information and navigate through the site.
UI and Visual Design
Once we established the hierarchy and flow of information and identified the optimal placement of all elements, a UI style guide was created and the pages were designed.
